Commencement. Work will not commence until this proposal is executed and the initial deposit is received.
Payment. A deposit equal to 50% of the professional fee is due upon acceptance. Professional fees and reimbursable costs will be billed monthly on the 25th day based on work performed and costs incurred to date. Invoices are due Net 30.
Additional services. Services beyond the scope described in this proposal require written authorization prior to proceeding.
Access to information. Client shall provide timely access to project documents, information, and personnel necessary to perform the services.
Confidentiality. Vornaya Group will treat non-public project information provided in connection with this engagement as confidential, subject to ordinary performance needs and legal requirements.
Advisory role. Vornaya Group provides independent construction advisory services. Recommendations are based on available information and professional judgment and do not constitute design, means and methods, legal advice, or guarantees of outcome.
Late payment. Past due invoices may be subject to a service charge.
Suspension. Vornaya Group reserves the right to suspend services for non-payment.
Termination. Either party may terminate this engagement upon written notice. Client is responsible for payment of services performed and costs incurred through the date of termination.
